This Privacy Policy explains how Media Wave SD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mediawavesd.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us
When you submit a form on the Site (for example, a contact form, project inquiry, or Digital Dojo idea), we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and message. Our forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general usage patterns. We use Google Analytics for this (see below).
Cookies & analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Strictly necessary storage — remembers basic site preferences (such as whether you've seen the intro animation). This does not track you and is always on.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. These are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. Google Analytics is a service of Google LLC; see Google's Privacy Policy.
You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not activated. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who may process limited data on our behalf:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions. Privacy policy.
- Google (Analytics & Fonts) — usage analytics and web fonts. Privacy policy.
- D-ID — powers an optional AI agent on our Arcade page; loads only on that page. Privacy policy.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To understand aggregate usage through analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated "Last updated" date.
